At Gorges Wardrobe, we want your buying experience to be nothing but easy and enjoyable so if there are any concerns regarding your purchase/s please contact us. As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us unworn. Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired, a replacement or full refund will be offered. If criteria is met, then a refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be intact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is deemed faulty)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
